The Programs

FAQ

Common questions.

How do I know which program is right for me?

Our onboarding questionnaire matches you to one of four programs based on your training style, location, and equipment. Foundational programs are built for anyone starting structured training for the first time. Lean Mass programs are designed for clients ready to build athleticism and muscle.

What equipment do I need?

It depends on your program. Foundational At-Home and Lean Mass At-Home require minimal equipment — bodyweight and resistance bands are enough to start. Gym programs use barbells, dumbbells, cables, and machines.

How long is the program?

As long as you want it to be. Each program is designed with one period of 6 progression blocks that make up 3 phases: 1) Foundation; 2) Build; and 3) Intensify and Peak. After you peak, you cycle back through to start another period. Periods are usually around 6 months, but that's up to you. You can go at your own pace.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — no lock-in, no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime from your account settings and your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes — On Your Mark Fitness is available on iOS via TestFlight (beta) with a full App Store release coming soon. The web app at onyourmarkfitness.com works great on mobile browsers too.

Can I do other workouts with this program?

Absolutely. On Your Mark is a strength program built around a balanced 3-day system — which means there's plenty of room for HIIT classes, Pilates, yoga, or multiple runs each week. The program is designed to complement an active lifestyle, not replace it.

Your Coach

Built on science.
Developed from experience.

I'm Colin — a certified personal trainer based in Los Angeles with over five years of experience designing structured programming for busy people who want real results without the guesswork.

These programs come from three places: track and field, where I competed as an indoor 400m national champion in college; the gym, where I've trained clients for over five years as a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer; and real life — because like you, I'm a busy adult who has to fight for every workout window I get.

Every program I build is rooted in progressive overload principles, periodized across repeating blocks that build intensity, then dial it back. Not generic templates. Not random workouts. A complete system — adapted to your life.

Whether you're training in your living room with a set of dumbbells or hitting a commercial gym three days a week, there's a program in this system designed specifically for you.
