I'm Colin — a certified personal trainer based in Los Angeles with over five years of experience designing structured programming for busy people who want real results without the guesswork.

These programs come from three places: track and field, where I competed as an indoor 400m national champion in college; the gym, where I've trained clients for over five years as a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer; and real life — because like you, I'm a busy adult who has to fight for every workout window I get.

Every program I build is rooted in progressive overload principles, periodized across a full 24-week cycle. Not generic templates. Not random workouts. A complete system — adapted to your life.
